Nestled in the centre of Illuminate Adelaide's City Lights trail on North Terrace, this beloved pop-up bar is the perfect spot to gather, unwind, and take in the glow of the city.
Step into a retro 1970s-inspired lounge — part conversation pit, part vibrant bar and eatery. You'll find vinyl-spinning DJs, a menu of locally crafted bites, and a handpicked selection of exceptional wines by alumni winemakers from Adelaide University's foundation institutions.

Lumen Bar is the ultimate winter pop-up. Prepare to be transported as LUMEN Bar is transformed into a 60's inspired Japanese Jazz Kissa featuring a lineup of vinyl DJs every night, a Japanese inspired menu, and exemplary wines from University of Adelaide alumni winemakers.
Lumen Bar is open to the public, providing a cozy sanctuary amongst the sea of light installations making up Illuminate Adelaide 's ever popular free City Lights program.
