Add finesse to your cooking in this fresh new series. Held in a Town Square Dining Gallery, hosted by Mandy Hall and led by chefs and artisans, each session will share stories through food. Roll pastry. Shape sausage. Perfect traditional tacos – and learn more about chefs’ journeys. Make is fun and immersive, with no assumed knowledge, plenty of guidance and a drink as you go. Let’s get started.

Make sessions run for 90 minutes and include a beverage, sample of the dish being prepared, recipe card and Tasting Australia tote bag.

Make sessions include Boerewors with Duncan Welgemoed, Ceramics with JamFactory, South Australian Pasty with Mark Best, Fried Chicken and Rach Dressing with Justin James, Tacos with Daniella Guevara Munoz, and Pastry with Julia Busuttil Nishimura.
