With her indomitable artistic spirit, Róisín Murphy has established herself as one of electronic pop’s most ingenious and forward-thinking voices. Murphy first became known in the ’90s as part of the successful pop duo Moloko, but after four albums and a career that included the indelible hit Sing It Back, Moloko split, and Murphy began a new era of creativity as a solo artist. Her sixth solo album Hit Parade (2023) charted at number five in the UK Album Chart, and was heralded by critics as the best album Murphy has released across an illustrious career. Murphy was the first singer to play Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and has made headline appearances at Glastonbury West Holts Stage, Homobloc, Coachella and Primavera Sound. With her show-stopping wardrobe and electrifying live band, she recently joined the ranks of star-studded performers to play at London’s historic Royal Albert Hall.
