Cresp’s arrival at Temperance was akin to a homecoming. He left the Riverland for work in Adelaide – including a sous chef stint at hyper-seasonal Topiary – before returning to his roots alongside executive chef Hugh Hazelwood and sommelier Mel Hamilton.
