It’s here head chef Tom Robinson shapes menus celebrating the harmony between food and wine. Broad experience guides his work, with a formative stint in Japan followed by time at Adelaide fine diner Auge. Cooking alongside Colin Fassnidge at Sydney’s Four in Hand was a chance to further hone a signature style.
