An exclusive culinary showcase held on Saturday, 30 August 2025, in the elegant surrounds of the Moseley Room at Stamford Grand Adelaide.
To celebrate the arrival of Executive Chef Jamie Steele, a one-night-only dining experience will feature a thoughtfully crafted five-course menu that reflects his distinctive culinary style.
With uninterrupted views of the Glenelg Jetty, the evening begins at 6pm with canapés and sparkling wine on the balcony at sunset, followed by a seated dinner from 6:30pm with live entertainment by a soloist. The event concludes at 9pm.
Each course highlights seasonal South Australian produce and is paired with premium wines selected by The Lane Vineyard.
