You'll begin with an introduction to shinrin-yoku (Japanese forest bathing) — a practice that invites you to engage all your senses and connect deeply with the natural world. From there, settle beside the koi pond for a grounding, guided meditation, before flowing into simple movement and breath practices suitable for all levels.
