At Sprout we pride ourselves on our hands-on cooking classes however in recent years our fresh healthy catering has also become super popular.

Our "Seasonal Dinner" is where we do the hard work, and entertain you whilst you sit back, relax and enjoy the spoils!

We'll transform our kitchen into an impressive dining space, then will demonstrate and serve five delicious dishes showcasing the best of South Australia's fresh, local, seasonal produce, paired with South Australian wines.
