Beauty Spots and Back Roads of the Mid North: WEA Heritage Day Tour

Join two historians for a meander through the Mid North to historic sites seldom visited - from Hamilton to Marrabel, Pancharpoo to Carlsruhe church and cemetery with its heritage listed roses, the town honouring the Battle of Waterloo, the Wendish locality of Peters Hill and the Irish enclave at Navan Catholic cemetery with its quaint mortuary chapel built in memory of John O'Brien.
We will stop for lunch at your cost in Saddleworth or bring a picnic or packed lunch with you.
This day tour will depart from the WEA Centre promptly at 8:30am and return around 5:45pm.
