This class is offered every Saturday during the month of September.
In this hands on cooking class you will prepare a traditional Italian long lunch menu inspired by the region of Umbria, using Matteo's pick of produce from the Barossa Farmers Market & local farm gates.
After the class you will be seated in the Enoteca and dine on the wonderful dishes you have just prepared with 2 glasses of European wine and D'Angelo Coffee
