Hutton Vale Farm
Overview
Upon European settlement the Angas family took up land in South Australia. John Howard Angas named this section Hutton Vale Farm in 1843 and to this day it remains in the family.
Hutton Vale Farm is a mixed farm with many facets, including grapes, wool and food growing. The philosophy is to run each arm of the business in a sustainable manner while at the same time entwining them together as a whole. Offering award-winning wine, lamb, woolen throws and tailored experiences for guests.
Wine tasting at our cellar door is an exclusive one on one experience, where we can give you as much time as you have. Heritage stone and timber farm buildings allow you to relax at the table, or on the sofa, as we go through each wine sharing the fruits of our labour and a story or two.
For those with a little more time, sharing the farm lunch table with John and Jan is a full paddock to plate experience of wonderful flavours and true farm kitchen style, warm and welcoming.
All visitors are by appointment only, please phone or email.
