Discover Yalumba's history with the Yalumba Unlocked experience. Begin in the architecturally designed Wine Room with a short history of the Hill-Smith family, followed by a private tour of the historic grounds, Yalumba Cooperage, Signature Cellar and Tanks 11 & 12. The tour concludes with a hosted tasting and Cooper's Platter of local produce. To celebrate Winter bookings include a tasting of The Caley, our flagship blend of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and Barossa Shiraz.
