Celebrate the Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb Festival Opening Dinner with keynote speaker Liz Harfull, an international award-winning author.

Dinner will feature lamb from Wunderbar and Four-Leaf Milling Organic Flour. Guest Cambodian Chef Vichka (Vivi) Heng former Chef trainer at Spoons Cafe Restaurant Siem Reap, and Chef Outta Water Associate Chef Michael Brine from a Touch of Salt in Townsville will prepare a two-course dinner to be matched with handcrafted, estate-grown Reillys Wines.
