Clouds of Stone is an exhibition of Nick Sara's works - evocative expressionistic landscapes and vistas in oil on canvas.
Nick Sara was born in Burra in December 1960. As a boy, the hills on the Eastern Fringe of the town were a vast universe.
Later in life, the Ngadjuri and Danggali country surrounding Burra became his place of revival, other worldly spirit country.
The mystical place of a recurring dream.
A dream of revitalisation. Someone dies. A person learns to live.
