Join The Rising Sun each week from in the front bar for Sunday Roots & Blues — an easy afternoon of live music, local wines, cold pints and good company. Each Sunday features a different roots, blues or acoustic artist from South Australia and beyond.
Sunday 14 December - Don Morrison
A stalwart of Australian blues, Don Morrison has performed for over four decades in countless bands including The Bodgies, The Elmores and Don Morrison's Raging Thirst. He's been awarded for songwriting and roots recordings, released more than a dozen albums, and shared stages with Midnight Oil, Men at Work and Hunters & Collectors. Don will represent South Australia at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in January 2026.
