Take a drive along the Westall Way Loop and enjoy the natural beauty of the Southern Ocean. Just outside the friendly seaside town of Streaky Bay, this 32 km scenic loop begins from Sceale Bay Road and winds through stunning coastal landscapes. Please note: the loop is unsealed and may have rough sections, so care is advised when driving.

Stop at Smooth Pool, a calm and sheltered spot with natural rock pools—perfect for swimming, snorkelling, or just relaxing in the salty water. Nearby, visit the High Cliffs to see waves crashing far below, and explore the impressive granite rocks at Granites, where a peaceful lagoon invites you to swim or surf.

Don't miss the Cape Bauer Lookout for sweeping views of the coastline and a chance to spot marine life. Visit Yanerbie for peaceful coastal scenery, and wander through the stunning Yanerbie Sandhills, where giant white dunes meet the ocean—great for walking, photography, and taking in the view.

If you'd like to stay longer, camp at Tractor Beach or Speed Point. Both sites offer incredible views and the soothing sound of the ocean right at your doorstep.

Whether you're up for an adventure, keen to explore, or simply want to relax by the sea, the Westall Way Loop is a must-see destination on South Australia's Eyre Peninsula.
