Come and try hundreds of hot sauce flavours from all over Australia, and see how hot you can go, put your tastebuds to the test and be a judge in South Australia's Hot Sauce competition. Guest chef's will be cooking up some chilli treats with cooking demonstrations and workshops throughout the weekend.
Plus, there is a a huge range of Chilli plants, food and produce "Chill Out" with live music, local beer, wine and our spicy sangria. Kids games and activities, food trucks and artisan stalls.
