Back by popular demand! After the inaugural “Pasta in the Pines” luncheon at the Hastwell family homestead, Hastwell & Lightfoot proudly announces the return of Pasta in the Pines.
So much more than just pasta, this highly delectable multi-course luncheon is executed by the rockstar culinary duo Jimmy Toone (Head Chef at the renowned Salopian Inn) and Jo Leal (Secret Pasta Club). Jimmy and Jo’s food philosophy and principles are based on seasonality and ethically-sourced local ingredients, and creating incredibly beautiful, mouthwatering dishes.
Come along for a truly one-of-a-kind long-table lunch at Mark & Wendy Hastwell's homestead, nestled amongst the vines of the Top Block Vineyard, featuring an exquisite multi-course lunch.
Resident Sommelier Oliver Budack will guide you through the afternoon and will enlighten your tastebuds with a generous selection of paired wines featuring a selection that includes award-winning current releases, rare museum wines from the founders' personal cellar, and a tank sample or two to boot!
Ticket price includes a vineyard walk with the Hastwell & Lightfoot Sommelier and Winemaker, multi-course long table lunch overlooking the vineyard, a generous selection of carefully curated paired wines and of course, great company!
