Gillian’s on Meylin

The house is ideally located in the middle of the town, a minute or less walk to all facilities Library Transaction Centre, The Jetty, Periwinkles Cafe, Bay Pizzaria, The Victoria Hotel, General Store, Hairdressers, PO, takeaway food shops and pharmacy. The home has a brand new kitchen with all the mod cons and a dishwasher. Brand new King bed in master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom and four singles in the third bedroom. A brand new laundry and second bathroom and toilet and a brand new main bathroom.
The space:
The house is very comfortable with air conditioning and ample heating. The lounge has a leather lounge and desk area. There is a selection of books, DVDs and games. The three bedrooms are: Bedroom 1 King bed, Bedroom 2 Queen bed Beedroom 3 two singles and if needed two trundle beds. Sleeping 8
Guest access:
The whole house and shed which has games, a lounge suite etc., in it. Secure back yard with a BBQ and outdoor setting.
Interaction with guests:
We leave the guests totally to themselves and only go to the house if requested.
