Bordertown is the birthplace of Australia's 23rd Prime Minister Bob Hawke. Visit the house he resided in with his parents during the first years of his childhood.

The stone cottage on Farquhar street was built in 1885 as a bank office and managers residence before it was bought by the Congregational church.

Mr Hawke's father was Congregational minister in Bordertown from 1928 until 1935 and the property later become known as "Hawke House". (source ABC News)
