Emerging artists exhibition

Waikerie's "emerging artists" features art from three local primary schools as well as Waikerie High School. Students from Waikerie, Ramco, Waikerie Lutheran Primary school along with photographic works from the Waikerie High School have put together a variety of colourful artwork produced during the year to showcase their skills to a wider audience. The exhibition includes students from reception through to Year 10 with a range of arts spanning across construction pieces, recycled art, pastel, watercolour acrylics and photography.

Also exhibiting will be the more senior members of the community who make up the local Paint n Plonk group. The group meet on an informal basis under the guidance of Susie Skujins always with a new theme or technique to try. The exhibition is running through December and January.
