The exhibition " From Folk Music to Fine Art 2024" brings together a collective of artists whose common thread is steeped in music and traditions of the Folk Music scene of South Australia.
The artists exhibiting include Alannah Cheshire, Anne Green, Chris Alway, Karen Plisko, Kari Cooper, Linda Bootherstone-Bick, Patti Bee and Tony Pinson.
Following the exhibition opening Waikerie local Trevor Mackereth will be launching his second volume of his pictorial biography entitled " The speedway life of Macky" This book concentrates on Trevor's love of speedcar racing both as a racer and spectator.
