The Loxton Historical Village Alive Day is a fantastic family outing filled with working historical exhibits and demonstrations.
Watch Sheep Shearing, Blacksmithing, Whip-cracking (with try bags), Printing, Rope Making, and Stationary Engines in action. There will also be a vintage Photo Booth, kids' crafts, food and craft stalls, and free horse and cart rides.
Additionally, they will be celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Yinkanie Rail Line Opening in 1925, with a special ceremony early in the afternoon.
