The Loft is located a short 5-minute walk to the Port Vincent foreshore.
4 bedrooms – downstairs queen, queen, bunk & trio bunk; and a single bed in the upstairs rumpus room/loft – sleeps 10. Quilts, blankets and pillows provided, BYO own linen and towels for guests stay.
The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. Main bathroom with bath and shower; plus separate toilet. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout downstairs rooms, with ceiling fan in master bedroom.
Lounge with large television with USB port & a DVD player. Board games, DVD’s, High chair and stairgate provided.
Upstairs open space, with television with USB port, DVD player, plenty of seating and single bed. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning.
Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric stove & fridge (freezer on top). There is also a coffee pod machine (BYO Nespresso compatible capsules), and PuraTap water filtration system.
Second fridge with freezer for drinks is in the laundry, front load washing machine, iron & ironing board.
Secure rear yard, fully enclosed, with grassed area. Large undercover dining area overlooking rear yard, with hooded gas barbecue.
Parking in double garage & 2 vehicles in the driveway. Also at rear of house for 1 car and a boat.
