Victoria Park in Moonta is located on Milne Terrace.

It was established in the 1830's as a land care plantation by community efforts to protect the town from drift sand and to commemorate the reign of Queen Victoria.

It is now being preserved as a bush park with many of the original tracks being maintained by the current walkers of the park.

It is especially beautiful in spring with the flowers and bird life. Many of the current plants being self sown by birds as no official plantings have happened for over 130 years.

There are many areas suitable for picnics. The Friends of Victoria Park have regular walks on the third Sunday of the month either at 9.30 am or 10 am which everyone is welcome to join, call to confirm the time.
