Indulge in a four-course degustation crafted by Head Chef John Simpson-Clements, featuring local and seasonal South Australian produce.
Each course will be matched with two Chardonnays from some of the region's finest producers, including wines from Lenswood, Piccadilly Valley, and beyond. But here's the twist: no one knows which wine is which. Not even the winemakers.
