The villa features a queen bed in main bedroom and double bunks in second bedroom. Linen is provided.

Other features include air-conditioning (reverse cycle heating and cooling), kitchen with gas stove, microwave, full size fridge, kettle and toaster, cookware, cooking utensils and cutlery. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and toilet.

The dining area and separate living area has a sofa and LCD television/DVD/CD player. There is an iron and ironing board available.
