arkhé (pronounced Ar-kay) is a sophisticated bar and dining establishment created by Jake Kellie, former head chef of Michelin-starred contemporary Australian barbecue restaurant, Burnt Ends, in Singapore.

Having opened to much critical acclaim in 2021, arkhé is Adelaide's first open-flame restaurant. The dining hot spot offers all the comforts of a sleek neighbourhood bar with a global ethos and soul, boasting an immersive dining experience centred around the restaurant's open kitchen and two-tonne, dual cavity oven.

For two extraordinary nights during Tasting Australia 2026, arkhé welcomes Martin Kjäll of Stockholm's world-renowned Restaurant AG — named Meat Master of the Year 2025 — for an unforgettable collaboration with Jake Kellie.

Together, these fire-obsessed chefs will create a multi-course menu celebrating Australian and Swedish flavours through the art of open-flame cooking, featuring Mayura Station Wagyu as the hero ingredient.
