Formed in 2022 with an adventurous spirit, Beoga is taking traditional Irish music in new directions. While tapping into the genre's roots and classic soundscape, the group explores new ground in production and instrumentation. Their phenomenal talent saw them collaborate with Ed Sheeran, including co-writing his hugely successful 'Galway Girl', which has been streamed more than 1.4 billion times. They also performed with Sheeran at Glastonbury festival in 2017. After four years working on individual projects, the band re-emerged with its ninth album in 2025, Phases, which they say is "a reflection of who we are as a band, and an amalgamation of all the different influences we have encountered and explored in the last two decades".
