The show opens for one night only at Milledges Distillation before its main season at The Austral. With a runtime of 50 minutes, Ball Don't Lie blends sharp storytelling, sketch comedy, and the self-aware chaos of a man who peaked athletically just long enough to make it everyone else's problem.
Clay McMath, a former international basketball player turned comedian, brings audiences along for the ride—from dunking in China, negotiating with shady agents, to navigating fatherhood, masculinity, aging, ego, and suburban lawn wars. It's nostalgic, confessional, and fiercely competitive in spirit, even if the only courts he dominates now are the aisles of Bunnings.
