Creative Self-Care Art Workshop

Creative Self Care Art Workshop at Creative Soul Studios offers a gentle, cup filling morning of art, connection and creative exploration in an inspiring art exhibition space. This small and intimate group experience, limited to 10 participants, creates a calm and welcoming environment for meaningful creative exploration.

The workshop invites participants to slow down, step out of the busy mind and reconnect with themselves through making. Participants are guided through a relaxed, hands-on experience using a range of art materials, with space to explore at their own pace. The session is guided by Leyla from Mindful Art Space who supports creative wellbeing through gentle and supportive facilitation.

The experience is suitable for beginners and those returning to creativity after time away. No previous art experience is needed. The focus is on creative process, self-expression and personal reflection rather than artistic skill.

The session begins with an individual creative exploration, followed by a short tea and nibbles break. Participants then move into a playful, collaborative artwork, layering and responding to one another in a shared creative space.

All materials are provided, supporting a seamless and nurturing creative experience within the inspiring surroundings of Creative Soul Studios.
