Hains & Co is turning up the mischief with Gin & Sin this month, inspired by the seven deadly sins. Think bold, playful, and just the right side of irresponsible — 7 Deadly Gins all built with serious technique and a heavy hand of gin.
In collaboration with Never Never Distilling Co., each drink takes on a different vice, using modern Australian gin as its backbone. From the fresh, green bite of Envy to the rich, unapologetic excess of Gluttony, and the tropical, fiery kick of Wrath, this is a menu designed to be explored — one drink, or seven.
Whether you're in for a quick midweek tipple or settling in to work your way through the full set, Gin & Sin beckons to have a little fun with flavour, without taking yourself too seriously.
