Available alongside our regular à la carte menu, these towers are a fresh, vibrant, and satisfying alternative for a Good Friday feast, celebrating the best seafood our coasts have to offer. From Port Lincoln bluefin tuna, Spencer Gulf kingfish crudo, scallop ceviche, and Kangaroo Island green lip abalone, every item is carefully sourced from South Australian waters and prepared by our chefs to highlight its natural flavours, with a touch of La Boca's signature smoky finish for that bold, indulgent taste.
