Meandering Markets is a monthly precinct market experience held in the heart of Port Adelaide, designed for slow wandering, local discovery and genuine connection.
Set within and around the historic Port Admiral Hotel, Meandering Markets brings together a curated collective of South Australian makers, artists, designers, vintage curators and specialty food producers. Visitors move through laneways, balconies and neighbouring spaces, uncovering handmade ceramics, small batch preserves, slow fashion, original art, homewares, botanicals and thoughtfully crafted gifts.
Unlike traditional row style markets, Meandering Markets is intentionally immersive. The experience encourages exploration. Guests can browse a stall, enjoy a coffee or long lunch, listen to live music and continue meandering through the precinct at their own pace. The format supports meaningful conversations between creators and customers, creating a welcoming and community led atmosphere.
