This menu has been crafted by the Wined Bar chef to showcase the best in modern Australian cuisine, using the highest quality local ingredients. Toast mum with a glass of Sparkling Rosé on arrival, before savouring dishes like prawns with creamy garlic sauce and chilli, grilled halloumi with roast pumpkin, sous vide beef rump and Mediterranean herb baked salmon. Finish off with an indulgent Basque cheesecake for dessert.
