Sauce Day 2026

Adelaide Central Market's annual Sauce Day event, where participants will learn the age-old art of traditional Italian sauce making through hands-on sessions. Held over two days, the event will also feature Italian cooking demonstrations, kids' workshops, entertainment, and live music.
