From Penedès sparkling Cava near Barcelona to Terra Alta whites and rosés, and rare reds like Mandó and Monastrell in Valencia and Alicante, each wine showcases balance, texture, and drinkability. The main course features a Priorat terroir tasting of Garnatxa and Caranyena from slate and limestone soils, finishing with a sweet, structured Monastrell—a perfect slice of Spain's sun-soaked, flavourful coast, paired with a 5-course menu from Head Chef David Vargas.
