Ralph Louis Frederick is delighted to announce it's next whisky dinner, with one of Campbeltown's revered independant distilleries and Leigh Street's newsest foodie hotspot, OMADA. It all takes place in Adelaide's premium whisky lounge, hidden above the staircase at Hains & Co.

Guests will be greeted with a welcome cocktail, before settling in to enjoy whiskies paired with food, and learning about why Springbank isn't a whisky you stumble across — it's one whisky drinkers quietly hunt for. From its home in Campbeltown, once known as the whisky capital of the world, Springbank produces whisky the slow, traditional way.

From the maritime brightness of Springbank 10 to the depth of Local Barley 16, to the muscular intensity of Longrow 100 Proof, this is Campbeltown in full voice.

Joining them for the evening is OMADA, where Executive Chef Andy Ferrara will serve vibrant Greek-inspired share plates.
