Summer of Margs at Hains & Co

If you haven't had enough Margaritas this summer… good news. There's more incoming.

Summer of Margs is dropping anchor at Hains & Co this February, and it's all hands on deck for Adelaide's favourite tequila-fuelled love affair.

For one glorious month, the Gilbert Place laneway bar is celebrating the Margarita in all her many moods — sharp, spicy, tall, elegant, and just a little bit dangerous.

Expect a rotating line-up of house Margaritas made properly (no shortcuts), built on premium Herradura tequila, thoughtful balance, and a few playful twists that'll have you saying "Alright… one more."

Three limited-time Margaritas are stepping into the spotlight.

There's Marg-A-Robbie — bright, playful and impossible to ignore. She knows how to work a room and is very much here for the entire month.

Then comes The Gunner. A fired-up number for those who like a little heat with their tequila. Punchy, savoury, and rimmed with attitude.

Rounding out the trio is Midnight Velvet — berry-rich, smooth and slightly sultry. The kind of Margarita that shows up after dark and stays longer than planned.

Together, they form the heart of Summer of Margs — a month dedicated to quality tequila, sharp balance, and Margaritas made the right way, with a little Hains & Co swagger thrown in for good measure.
