Kiin launches its Thai Masters dinner series with a one-night-only collaboration featuring internationally acclaimed chef Andy Ricker.
Based in Chiang Mai for over 25 years, Andy is a pioneer of modern Thai cookery and a globally respected authority on Northern Thai cuisine. A two-time James Beard Award winner and former Michelin star holder, Andy is best known for his iconic Pok Pok restaurants in the USA and for sharing the depth and complexity of authentic Thai flavours with the world.
