Chef Prin is renowned for his encyclopaedic knowledge of Thai cuisine and his innovative interpretations of ancient recipes, shaped through extensive research of historic Thai cookbooks. At Samrub Samrub, Prin's refined, deeply traditional cooking is paired with Mint's warm, family-style hospitality, creating a dining experience that is both comforting and elevated.
