Pulsing with energy and sensuality, Stephanie Lake's latest dance creation, The Chronicles, explores the cycles of life and the inevitability of change. Twelve of the country's top contemporary dancers meet a masterful electro-acoustic score by Robin Fox, which blends driving rhythms with the ethereal sounds of Young Adelaide Voices youth choir and baritone Oliver Mann singing live on stage.
The Chronicles begins with the tiniest embryonic movement, through to explosive, pulsating life-force, and back to the final quiet.
