This evening is set to unfold at Japanese restaurant KOOMO, situated on the 10th floor of the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Guests will be served eight courses of refined Japanese fusion dishes, paired with wines from Barossa Valley's Rusden Wines. There's no menu – rather, each exquisitely designed dish will only be revealed as it is served, inviting curiosity, conversation and connection throughout the meal.
