Following the successful launch of Bottega Bandito on Prospect road in 2021. The Big Easy Group are bringing Bottega Bandito to the CBD.
The majority of the menu is made in-house, where you will be able to shop for freshly baked bread, pastries, small goods, house-made sauces, and of course fresh local coffee.
The vision for the CBD location is to replicate the charm and quality of their Prospect venue, with the added excitement of the micro-bakery.
The second site will set up shop in James Place just off of the Rundle Mall. The new Bottega Bandito is set to offer both takeaway and dine-in options seven days a week. The micro bakery will ensure they can keep up the quality of their freshly baked goods across the two venues.
