Masa Adelaide

Masa resides in Bowden Brewing serving up untraditional Mexican food. The offering is inspired by Mexican street food but utilises ingredients and techniques from the many cultures that contribute to Australia’s amazing food scene.

Where possible all ingredients are sourced locally and everything, including the Masa (corn dough used to make tortillas) itself, is made in-house.
