The Ultimate Barbecue Grazing Table

This unique experience allows guests to help create, and then devour, the ultimate barbecue grazing table!

This light-hands-on experience will showcase some American barbecue favourites, including lollipop Buffalo wings, pork ribs, smoked sausages and low & slow beef brisket.

We’ll demonstrate some of our top tips, talk about how to impart more barbecue flavour into your food, and answer the most ‘frequently asked questions’ when it comes to barbecuing. We’ll share and prepare some of our favourite sauces and sides to elevate your next barbecue cook up.

This experience is capped at 30 attendees, so that guests can engage with the presenters, ask questions, and get involved. Your ticket includes all food and three (3) beverages during the experience. Further beverages available for purchase at the bar.

Please note that low & slow elements will be largely pre-prepared due to time constraints.
