At Bird in Hand, your helicopter lands on an expansive carpet of lawn, enabling a short walk to the Cellar Door.

Bird in Hand's Pinnacle Tasting comprises their finest wines from the Tribute, Nest Egg and Tasmanian Ranges. The varieties released in each series are dependent on near perfect vintages and exceptional fruit.

The wines are created with slow deliberation and stored meticulously in the finest French Oak.
