This is an approximate itinerary:

10.00am Penfolds Magill Estate – "Magill Heritage Experience"

The experience includes:

Guided walking tour through the original working winery, vineyard, and underground drives followed by wine tasting
12.00pm Golding Wines – Wine tasting of 6 wines from Golding Wines range, with small food accompaniment plus 3 course lunch in Golding Wines' Ginkgo fine dining restaurant.

2.30pm Bird in Hand – Premium wines from The Bird in Hand series

3.30pm Shaw & Smith – Explore the Shaw + Smith range of wines, 'wine flight'

4.30pm Return

Time permitting we might visit one of the Adelaide Hills great attractions like Melba's Chocolate factory & Cheese company or German village of Hahndorf.
