This class is 100% focused on inspiring you to use seasonal, local produce. Cheese board and coffee on arrival at Sprout and then off to Adelaide Central Market where we select produce and return to our kitchen to prepare a feast!
Bus transport from Sprout - to the central market - back to Sprout, is included.
Once at the Market we will select the best seasonal ingredients for our recipes. Along the way we'll discuss how to select fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood and we will sample some of our favourite products from the Adelaide Central Market.
We will then head back to Sprout and use our fresh produce to create some tasty dishes! Market to Plate is an educational and sensory experience through one of Adelaide’s most iconic food destinations.
