Whitefield Farm was originally settled by the Landers family in the 1890. It is located in the Barossa Ranges 450 m above sea level and is surrounded by vineyards and grazing properties. There is easy access to boutique wineries and the Kidman Trail runs right by the farm, allowing for hiking, riding, and driving, on miles of country tracks. There are stunning views wherever you look, with huge 400-year-old red gums, rolling pastures and ancient gnarled vines. Whitefield is a working farm that focuses on herd rotation and low input agriculture to build the fertile soils and maintain the environment without chemical inputs. The farm is situated in the heart of the high-altitude Eden Valley Winegrowing region, so we really do have the best of everything, with the stunning views & peaceful surroundings of the farm, to wineries, restaurants, cafes, and the quaint country towns of the Barossa Valley only ten minutes’ drive from our front gate.
